It’s a week of personal enrichment, helping you to define (or redefine) yourself as a business owner while getting you prepared to make the most of the remaining weeks.
WEEK 2: IDENTIFY

In Week 2 we shift gears to focusing on the main event, YOUR BUSINESS IDEA!
Some of you already have ideas, which is great! If not, don't worry we'll help you come up with one. No matter where you are, this week is less about the idea, and more about self-validation. Or to put more bluntly, will the idea ACTUALLY WORK FOR YOU! How do we do this?
I'll take you through an approach to discover YOUR unique 'idea profile'. We then use it to confirm if your idea is a fit for the market but, even more important, a fit for YOU! It's crucial you are passionate about your idea, and we'll use this week to discover that truth together.
WEEK 3: RESEARCH
Supercharge Your Idea
Week 3 Goals: Unique Selling Points, Customer Avatars, Feasibility
In Week 3 we take the work we’ve done with idea feasibility, and supercharge it by defining market demand. We’ll show you professional techniques used to research competition and define your business USP's (Unique Selling Points).
All this culminates with my unique approach to defining who your customer is. It's a VERY COMMON mistake for entrepreneurs to lack focus on customer profiles, which often leads to failure.
But that WILL NOT BE YOU as you cruise into week 3 knowing who your customer avatars are and be well on your path to owning a customer-centric business.
WEEK 4: REFINE
It's Getting Real

I like to think of Week 4 as the “it’s getting real moment.” Honestly, I get goosebumps thinking about my previous business launches and my equivalent “Week 4” moments!
This is the week where you will really start elevating much of your previous work into concrete action. You will identify your minimum viable product (MVP), create an elevator pitch, and officially test your idea and gather feedback.
It’s SO exciting and it’s going to start feeling VERY real (in a good way!) as your idea begins to transform into the making of a great business.

Week 5 is all about finalizing crucial aspects of your business and bringing it all together to make it official!
