By participating in this Sweepstakes Giveaway, You agree that You have read and will fully comply at all times with the following Official Rules:

  • Comment in the post and tag three (3) side hustlers who could use a little help getting started (tagged friends will not be entered to win)

You may enter only once, as described above. As an entrant, You must have an Instagram account to enter. If You do not have an Instagram account, You may create one at no cost at www.instagram.com. You must also agree to comply with the Instagram terms of service and privacy policy to create an account.

No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. Any entrant submitting an entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes Giveaway. 

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void your entry and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices. Online submission is not proof of delivery or receipt. All entries will become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

  1. PRIZE: $1,000. There will be only one prize and one winner. Winner must have a valid bank account and will be required to provide a driver’s license or other form of government ID as proof of eligibility. Prize money will be deposited directly to winner’s bank account. No cash or checks will be sent. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by a subsequent random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held to find a qualified winner, and if no qualified winner is found as a result, the prize will be withdrawn and will not be awarded to anyone.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older as of 4/20/2021, except for the employees, officers and directors of PERELL INTERNATIONAL, LLC (“Sponsor”), ENTREPRENEUR MEDIA, INC. (“Presenter”), and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and other authorized representatives (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household of any of the Promotion Parties (collectively, “Related Parties”). Void where prohibited.
  3. ENTRANT’S STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes Giveaway, You represent as follows:
    1. You are not a member of any of the Promotion Parties or Related Parties; and   
    2. You have fully complied with these Official Rules, the information You have submitted in entering this Sweepstakes Giveaway is correct, and You have not committed and will not commit any fraud or other deception in entering the Sweepstakes Giveaway or in claiming the prize.

If any of the above representations are false, You agree to return the prize to Sponsor (if previously received) and acknowledge and understand that Sponsor may seek additional remedies.

  1. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  2. DRAWING: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about April 26th, 2021 to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram.  In the event that the potential winner fails to respond to such notification via Instagram within seven days or the notification is returned as undeliverable or the prize cannot be delivered to the potential winner, the potential winner will be disqualified, his/her prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner based on an e-mail address or Instagram account, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or Instagram account submitted at time of entry will be the potential winner. Such authorized account holder will be required to comply with these Official Rules, in order to qualify as a winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this Sweepstakes Giveaway, You acknowledge, understand and agree that Sponsor’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes Giveaway, and that Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason.
  3. PROMOTIONAL USE: By entering this Sweepstakes Giveaway, You give permission to the Promotion Parties to use, and to authorize others to use, Your name, biographical information, and likeness, throughout the world in all media now known or hereafter existing (including print, packaging, television, radio, film, digital, internet, social media, websites, and mobile apps) in perpetuity for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotion of the Promotion Parties, and/or the Promotion Parties’ products and services, without further compensation or prior notice or right of approval.
  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering this Sweepstakes Giveaway:  (i) You acknowledge, understand and agree that You are fully releasing Instagram from any and all responsibility, arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes Giveaway; and (ii) You waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of, or in connection with, Your participation in this Sweepstakes Giveaway or Your acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  The Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes Giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes Giveaway, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes Giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes Giveaway in any manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
  5. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:  You agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions thereof. You further agree that any lawsuit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes Giveaway and/or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in San Diego, California.

IDENTIFICATION OF WINNER: For the name of the prize winner, which shall be available by no later than May 15, 2021 and until August 15, 2021, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Sponsor at 237 A St. #68894, San Diego, CA 92101.
